Good quality clothing at a reasonable price that can't be had elsewhere. My order was supposed to take 3 weeks to arrive but was here in less than two. I will use you again next time I need something.

I am wary of ordering on line. Will it take many weeks to arrive or will it arrive at all? Will the item quality be what you anticipate or some cheap representation? You guys nailed it. The ordering process was simple, the selection is amazing, everything I ordered was delivered within 3 weeks and the quality of the items is much more than I ever expected. You made the experience a positive one.

I will definitely shop with Historical Emporium again. The quality exceeds anything you can find anywhere else and I always am greatly pleased with whatever I purchase. The prices is very reasonable and shipping is prompt. Items arrive in great shape and are beautiful to look at and a pleasure to wear. Very unique and get lots of compliments!! Can be worn today and look like a gracious pretty lady from whatever era you choose! victorian is my favorite!!

I had to return a blouse that was too small. The website recommended ordering a replacement rather than doing a straight exchange, and returning the too-small blouse for a refund. This was suggested as the fastest way to get the right size blouse quickly, rather than encountering a possible processing delay with an exchange. This worked very nicely. I got my new blouse in a couple of days and my refund a day or so later. I had dreaded the hassle of an exchange, but this method worked very smoothly. Happily, the blouse was packing in a standard USPS flat box, on a hanger, folded neatly with two pins and covered with a plastic sleeve. The blouse was ready to try on, and easy to repack neatly when it didn't fit. I don't expect to need to return any future blouses I order now that I know how the sizing runs, but it was nice to learn that returns were nothing to be dreaded.

A stock tie is part of a new look I'm working toward. While I prefer all natural fibers in my garments, I understand that at some points compromise is necessary. The next step is obtaining shirts with the highest possible standing collar, which I hope to do later this year. I am satisfied with the prducts I've received so far and expect to continue purchasing them.
