great service and delivery only with the watch there were no instructions to install the watch battery

Super garment & as l was only able to get my Victorian Cutaway Morning coat in a 50" chest size (l'm 47.5") it turned out to fit me perfectly. Very happy with the Coat, the service & the delivery time. The only down side was the overall cost. With the UK £82.65 import duty, handling fees etc, it pushed the end cost to near £300! A lot of expense for one Coat. But l am pleased with it.

When I called, they answered immediately and were very helpful and quick to make an exchange, and it was shipped to me in 2 days with a return label for the exchange. Delivered Quickly, product exceeded expectations

I bought a gun belt and holster but didn't like the color. Contacted customer service, returned it and they refunded immediately. I then bought a different color and like it a lot. Will buy from them again.

The watch fobs look nice and will compliment my watch chains. Could have been larger diameter.
