Ordering was easy. Customer service was informed. Returns for size issues was fast.

When I needed help deciding if any of the men's coats would fit me (I am female and a rather slender one at that, if tall), I gave them a call and was pleasantly shocked when, after a few rings, the phone was answered by an actual human being! I didn't even have to go through a phone tree! I quickly related my issue and was given the very honest answer that, no, the coats would not fit. I would be swimming in them. I was then given a couple of ideas on where I might be able to find something that suited my needs. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, I was very pleasantly impressed and will definitely not hesitate to shop - or call - again.

The quality seems very good. I was surprised at how heavy the skirt was. Looking forward to wearing the outfit.

Well done on their part. Exceptional Customer Service. I had given an ad dress that the carrier said they couldn't deliver to. I contacted Historical Emporium, and they immediately shipped another to a secondary Post office box. The second package was deliver as was the first on the same day. ( I suspect it wasn't a bad ad dress, but rather an issue due to the flooding in Southeast Texas). Yet, there was no hesitation on the part of Historical Emporium to make my experience a great one. Well done on their part. Exceptional Customer Service.
