I wanted a scarf ring I could use with the few cotton squares I have so I could make a neckerchief with them. I live in the UK, so I bought this with another order to avoid paying too much in shipping just for this. Got it with my order in around 2 weeks from ordering it. It feels good quality for the price. I have tried it once with a dark blue cotton square neckerchief and it worked find for that and stayed in place once the neckerchief was made up.
