Extremely responsive customer service, and turnaround time faster than what was listed on the site. What they make is very high quality, with good construction and materials, and very historically-accurate. It does not look "ready made" like a lot of other historical costumes I see.

They will assist you with any issues that may arise and everyone knows that sometimes when ordering any kind of clothing where you can't try the items on, occasionally there's going to be size differences.
