Locally renowned in his modestly Midwestern town, architect Sebastian Reynolds is the proverbial big fish in a small pond. Although not academically trained, the determined and indefatigable Reynolds hung out a shingle and single-handedly erected a reputation as the go-to guy for nearly every structure in town.
However, these standard row houses, school buildings and the occasional music hall could not compare with the towering, twinkling skyscrapers of New York City and Chicago that so seduced him. Call it the Pygmalion effect or sheer providence, Reynolds reached for the stars and eventually fell in favor with the right real estate developers. Granted carte blanche to elevate his vision into being, he later went down in the history books as the architect of record on the 7th largest structure in the United States at the time.
He now spends his time on projects of interest and value rather than necessity.
