Sizing chart for the item I purchased seems to be inaccurate resulting in the need for an exchange but wasn't significant as the young man I spoke to in customer service was a great help with this, specially since it was an international order involving tax and broker issues. Overall though it was a great shopping experience. The item I purchased is absolutely beautiful, very top quality and exactly as I hoped it to be. I have purchased many items on line during Covid and my dealings with you were the best of the lot. I get it that during Covid delays in shipping are inevitable. I place my order for the cross draw holster and in less than 3 weeks it was at my door, just amazing. I have an order, placed in June, with a store and all though they keep promising I have yet to receive the item. You were a hit they are a miss. Isn't this the way it is supposed to be. You had something for sale I wanted, I gave you some money and you sent what I ordered promptly. Your happy and I am happy. Thank you. Just wish you could ship replica old west/civil war weapons to Canada. For some reason Canada Customs is getting silly about such things.
