First off a real person answered the phone on the first ring! I was done right there. However I still needed help. They were great, personable, informative and great with the suggestions. I was able to make informed choices and ended with great products. W hat more could I ask?

The quality of the products is insanely good. After getting ripped off by another company it felt good to pay a little less for something t hat's so well made and comfortable. The shipping was surprisingly fast which isn't necessary but was definitely appreciated.
