The goggles that I ordered arrived, but was missing a very important piece. The gasket that holds the lens to the goggle base was missing, when I put the goggles on the lens fell out. I didn't bother to call customer service, I thought that I could find a replacement for it. One good thing, the items that I ordered did arrive within a few days of the purchase.

The item I purchased doesn't fit; however, it makes no sense for me to return it because the cost of return S&H doesn't make it worth it. I have tried to sell the item on my own, but interestingly the monocle does not fit ANY of the adults I've let try it on. I believe that the monocle you are selling cannot possibly fit the vast majority of adult men. It is simply way too big. The rep that I spoke with was very helpful and made sure to verify that the proper item was shipped to me. Upon receiving the item, it was exactly what i ordered and the quality was roughly what I expected for the price. The only issue I had was that the hat was a bit too tight. I was able to wear it and use it as needed but it was a bit tighter than what I was hoping for. This does not reflect any on your customer service (which was excellent) but a size chart might have helped in making sure the item fit properly.

The western tie I ordered arrived. However, at almost $20, I expected a little bit more quality than what I got which was similar in quality (material, workmanship) to my sons' school orchestra bow tie uniform available for $3. The $4 western ties being sold on Ebay might be worth the risk after seeing what I got.

The item I purchased doesn't fit; however, it makes no sense for me to return it because the cost of return S&H doesn't make it worth it. I have tried to sell the item on my own, but interestingly the monocle does not fit ANY of the adults I've let try it on. I believe that the monocle you are selling cannot possibly fit the vast majority of adult men. It is simply way too big. The rep that I spoke with was very helpful and made sure to verify that the proper item was shipped to me. Upon receiving the item, it was exactly what i ordered and the quality was roughly what I expected for the price. The only issue I had was that the hat was a bit too tight. I was able to wear it and use it as needed but it was a bit tighter than what I was hoping for. This does not reflect any on your customer service (which was excellent) but a size chart might have helped in making sure the item fit properly.
