While I was ultimately able to find the kind of shirt and collars I wanted, I had to return the first shirt because of sizing problems. Now with the second shirt I have had to take it to a tailor to install a button for the collar at the back (as well as adjust the fit). I found browsing through the web site to be difficult and time consuming. On more than one occasion I gave up because your site is so confusing

Great service overall. My initial order arrived in a decent time period. I had to exchange one item as it was not what I had originally ordered and I received the correct item in less than two weeks after I re-ordered it.
