This vest continues to meet all my needs. Comfortable, durable, and can be worn for work or casual dress. Very pleased with the dress, although it took considerable time to hem it up (5 yards of hem), as it was too long. Also, I was advised to order an extra large based on my measurements. I ordered a large and it fits fine.

I've searched all over the internet for an easy, not TOO expensive Edwardian lingerie-dress. This is the best I have found so far! It's really very lovely. The cotton fabric is more durable than I expected, plus it is lined with an additional cotton layer. Not see-through, yay! I ordered a SMALL; my measurements are bust 35", waist 27", hips 38". My one complaint is that the hips area is almost fitted- no extra room, though the bodice is plenty big and fits loosely in the shoulders and everywhere. I'm okay with it, but I must put the dress on over my head, and the bodice gapes if I completely raise my arms. I'm fine with it though- I don't do jumping-jacks much! ;) I can't wait to wear it for a picnic this summer!

Excellent coat, high quality, and perfect fit. However, it was a bit heavier than I wanted and returned it for exchange. The exchange was fast, efficient, and I received it in 3 days, same as the original order. These people understand customer service and I highly recommend the Historical Emporium. Nice spring jacket

I got this Duster to replace a duster I got here a couple of years ago. The old one was allways tight across the shoulders and arms. I am 5ft 9 170 lbs. And wear a size 42 jacket. The first Duster was a medium. And the new one is a large. It fist better across the back / shoulders. So a 42 seems to be the transition between medium and large. The canvas seemed to be a lighter weight. But giving it a wash and though the dryer. It now feels as sturdy as my old one.

My husband is very happy with his birthday vest. It came timely and I am so glad I found the rust colored vest since that was the main requirement
