These boots look period, very stylist and comfortable. Got them a half size bigger to allow for tapering, which was perfect. We are doing period costumes for parade, so very pleased they have comfort and the look that was needed.

I still had not sufficient time to use the item. All in all it us ok. The wool is a bit scruffy. The length perfect even for a smaller person like me.

I bought two vest for my daughter's wedding, one for me and another for my brother. I was the proud father of the bride. My brother was officiating. We both wore the vests and matching neckties that were included. My daughter's wedding theme was the garden, everyone in the wedding party had to wear something green. The green vests were perfect for the occasion and looked great with a white shirt. I was happy with the quality and fit. The green was a bit darker than I imagined from looking at the website, which I was happy to see. It matched the grooms suit, an unexpected surprise. If you are sitting on the fence wondering whether to take the leap, I say go ahead, I'm glad I did. I received my gunbelt and I did not fit myself correctly and it was a little small. No problem with shipping it back for the correct size. Historical Emporium got my item to me promptly and much quicker than other vendors would even with the return and reship! They even called me to confirm the order and shipping cost.
