At the last minute I decided on a size change and requested it via email. The change was easily made which saved me a lot of grief in returning the product. I've ordered a number of items over the past few years to be used as costumes in plays. I've never had a complaint with the products I've received, the quick shipping or the customer service. I even get speak to a person when I call. Thanks a million for making my actors look so good!

I had issues with confirming my credit card details, however the assistance I received to complete my order was 1st rate. My only issue was cost, however, that was related more to poor conversion rates than pricing. Overall, very happy with both my purchase, and shopping experience.

My husband has wanted the cavalry bib shirt for most of our married life. I had not found one until shopping for Christmas 2015--and found it on HistoricalEmporium.com. I ordered the shirt the second week of December, and received it about one & a half weeks later--in time to wrap with a little elbow room. My husband was **delighted** when he opened his gift Christmas morning. He wore it to our church the following weekend after Christmas, even. Timely delivery, fantastic quality (heavier denim-type shirt material than most I've seen in stores)! Can't go wrong ordering from H.E.!
