When worn without a hoop skirt this taffeta-like fabric has a soft drape and crisp rustle when you walk. For a different look pair with our Edwardian Hoop Underskirt which will provide a different silhouette and keeps the rustle to a minimum as you walk the promande with your Beau.
Outfitted with a combination elastic and drawstring waistband, which can be tightened for a custom fit. Falls approximately 44-inches from the waist to floor and circumference at hem is 120". Pair with one of our ladies belts to cover the elastic waistband.
Fashioned from 100% polyester. Imported. Dry clean only. One size fits most, with a maximum size of 50 inches at the waist. Also offered in several colors.
