This is a superb jacket, fit for any gentleman. I've been shopping at the Historical Emporium for several years now, and have never been disappointed. The products are always well made. However, the other thing to note about this particular jacket, is that it might appear a shade or so brighter online than IRL. Again, the jacket is absolute quality, but it just might not be as vibrant than you expect. Other than that, I am quite pleased with my purchase and would shop again!

I'm a first time buyer at Historical Emporium and I could not be more impressed with their Customer Service, Quality of their Products, Speed of Shipping, and their Great Prices. I'm a "Large Man" (size 48+), and anyone in my size range knows that buying clothing at these sizes can be a hit and miss experience at best. XL and 2XL (and above) are NEVER the same from different suppliers, and many times not consistent within the same supplier. I found a "Smoking Jacket" at H.E. ON SALE and I contacted C/S to help me decide on a size. The rep was knowledgeable, patient, and VERY helpful with making my decision on which size to buy. I followed H.E.'s sizing guide and the advice of the Customer Service and when I received my garment A DAY EARLY - it was a spot-on PERFECT FIT! AND the item was a level of HIGH quality I was not expecting and at a price-point that was almost ridiculously low. I WILL BE GOING BACK TO HISTORICAL EMPORIUM for several additional purchases. For fit, quality, price, and speed of shipping Historical Emporium cannot be beat.

This jacket is f-ing awesome. The fit is like custom, the material is great and the look will get you picked up in no time. I bartend in a theatre and the compliments and stares from the patrons are non stop. My wife has started to come to the theatre when I work just to be sure I come straight home afterwards...of course she likes to drink and uses watching me as an excuse. Anyways you will look like a million dollars in this thing just like me. I think Historical Emporium will send me the $200. photo prize just because I look so freaking good in it. Way to go Historical Emporium. It has the ability to take 20 years off my appearance. (That leaves me in my early 50's.)

A real l fine quality jacket True to size. A very nice rich red, not maroon or plum. You will not be disappointed. Unfortunately I ordered a size smaller since they were out of the size I needed, and it was small. So order your true size. Great company and customer service.
