As a cowpoke in the late 1800s, J H Waugh became a local legend when he saved the town of Stone Valley from a devastating drought. After weeks of cloudless skies, Waugh ascended a nearby mountain and performed a rain dance so powerful that a torrential downpour ensued. The townsfolk were saved, but Waugh mysteriously vanished the next day, leaving many to speculate whether he was a divine messenger or a simple cowpoke who stumbled upon an ancient secret.
