The 1st product you sent was defective, it was missing a grommet. Second one was sent prior to me returning the defective one and I received in in 3 days with a RA attached to return defective one. Everything went smooth.

Prices were better than anywhere for my item. Arrived SUPER QUICK!!!

I ordered the wrong size boot but just followed the instructions for returns and received the correct size with no hassle.

Apparently I ordered the wrong size belt for my belt & holster set. Talked to a very polite and informative individual when I called in. He was able to determined what size I needed. I received the new belt in just a few days. It fit perfectly. Excellent service and exceptional product.

My original shirt came with a tear. I contacted customer service, and the shirt was replaced without any issue.
