I purchased the Western Gun Belt and Holster for my .45 cal revolver. The belt measurement suggestion was accurate and I ended up with a good fit. The ammo loops were also a good fit.
The holster itself worked very nicely. My pistol fit well with only minor, simple adjustment.
The quality of the leather is very good.

I'm not really into the cowboy scene but with my purchase of a new western styled revolver, I had to complete the collection with a western styled holster and belt. I looked at several other sites including Amazon and saw what they had to offer. Unfortunately looking at photos really won't show the quality and I had to go by price. While those sites offered cheaper rigs, this one was in the higher price range, but had better reviews and did look great in the photos, so I ordered it. The sales person was easy to talk too, knew the holster I was looking at and while never gave a sale pitch to buy it, she did explain the quality and look of the rig.
When it arrived, it was much better than I expected with very high quality leather, a good fit for the gun and it looks great. It was definitely worth the money. I did order the size recommended which was 4" bigger than my waist it was a perfect fit. The buckle is clean and easy to use, the hammer strap is just right and easy to adjust, and as I mentioned, it fit my Uberti .45 5 1/3" pistol just right. I do recommend this or other designs from this company.

Fabulous belt. Measurement process is perfect. I used my shotshell bag to get the proper fit/slant. Pant size is 34 but belt fit measured to 42. My Colt 45 fits perfect. Only improvement will be to upgrade the buckle to a beefy brass unit. Will also need to oil the leg strap and hammer strap so they're more soft and flexible. Outstanding fit, finish, and gun fit!

First I usually do not like to purchase products online, I like to be able to see and feel what I am purchasing. There are not any retail stores in my area that sell a Belt/Holster unit, so I went online. Price was reasonable, I did not expect to get a top line product for the price and I am happy with what I received. My only concern is the actual belt strap that goes into the buckle. It seems very cheap and I do not think it is going to hold up. Other than that I am satisfied with my purchase.

Very well made with good quality leather. Sizing is correct by the chart. holster was almost a perfect fit for my Taylor Arms Smoke Wagon 45 LC 5.5 inch barreled Single Action Revolver. All it took was a 30 second adjustment to the holster and it fits like a glove, not too tight and not too lose. Shell loops are a great fit for the 45 LC shells as well tight but easy to remove. Belt is a little stiff, (a little Needs foot oil will solve that quickly). but doesn't cut or dig. Do wish the Tie down thong was a little heaver leather, but easy to change. Great Rig over all. At a great price.

I have purchased items online that looked good and were disappointing upon arrival. The description of the holster gave me hope that I had found a reputable seller. The photos were very promising. I was hoping for decent leather and adequate thickness. When my holster arrived much sooner than expected I was pleased. When I opened the carton the holster was gorgeous. The picture doesn't do it the justice it deserved. When I picked up the holster I was pleased with the weight of the leather. I next put on the holster at belt level, and the belt fit fine. Next I placed.the holster in "quick draw" location slanting down from left hip. I emptied my Pietta .45 Colt Long and placed it in the holster. I then tested the smoothness for drawing the weapon. The inner leather of the holster was.smooth and I did not feel any snag in drawing the pistol. It was a perfect fit. Last the cartridge loops are a perfect fit. I loaded every loop and each shell is snugly held in place. I have no worries of shells being lost off the belt. On a scale of 1 to 5 I rate this holster a 6. Whether you are buying for western competition or just looks I do recommend this company.

I'm a multimedia artist who specializes in photography, videography, and post production. As a personal side project, I love to photograph friends and family looking badass, wearing western or military clothes and weaponry. I bought this gun belt, as well as an additional cross draw holster, to house some realistic pellet, BB and replica revolvers I own, to use as props for shoots and post production work. The quality and realism of the gun belt and extra holster is incredible, mostly because they are real, and intended to be used as an actual full functioning gun belt. Editor's Note: The hammer strap is meant to be adjustable, but sometimes gets stuck when the finish sets into the leather. If you pull on the strap with a little force, it should break free. You can then pull on the loose ends of the strap to tighten it over the hammer.

This is exactly what the price indicates. A decent piece of leather, somewhat thin in the belt. Hardware is just ok. This is a couple steps above straight costume, but to hold an $800 gun, spend the extra to get something more heavy duty.

Overall I was satisfied. The tooling is very nice and it seems to be of good quality. Some of the cartridge loops are extremely tight so I am trying to stretch them out. One of the leather laces for the revolver hammer was cut very thin which will probably break after enough use, it will be easy to have it replaced. For the the money I would recommend it as one can not find a tooled belt with two holsters for less cost.

Dye and tool work are excellent. Revolvers and shells fit perfectly. The only problem I have with the holster is I should have waited longer for the size that I truly believed I needed. I just couldn't wait. The belt will only go to the first notch causing the holsters to not rest correctly. They rest at the rear of my thigh and not the side. By far the best holster at any price.

This holster is nice. The materials and craftsmanship are better than I would expect at this price. If you are looking for a holster close to custom leather work that will fit your hard caliber revolver, I recommend this one. I've not seen better in this price range and have seen worse that cost more. I don't have hours of wear on the belt, but it appears to be built for purpose and not just some costume or show piece.
Keep in mind that their measurements are tight and you will get what you order. You should do your measurements when wearing thick pants with full pockets and not in gym shorts like I did. The gun belt is a little snug worn over my jeans. I should have gone up another size but that is my fault. If anything it proves the listing is true to its word. They warn you several times in the description to be sure of your measurements and they mean it.

Hello...let me begin by saying your gun belts and holsters are very well built, for the most part, could do a little better in the holed strap as it seems too thin and will not last very long.There seems to be issues with the sizes. I originally ordered a size 36 which once trying on, barely fit. Being a size 32 waist, I measured accordingly with a soft meassuring tape to conclude that the sugested size from your site should be 3 sizes larger. In one online feed back a gentleman said that he was a size 33/34, ordered a size 40 and it fit him well. I figured that was my waist size so i followed suit. Upon recieving the size 40, it was incredibly over sized. Then figuring, okay, i must be the Goldie Locks guy and the true size should infact be 38. Nope, still too big. Cant even secure the last hole in the belt. Rather than sending it back for a third time, i will hunt down a place that makes leather goods and have this custom sized. This will probably cost me several hundred dollars to do but i cant seem to win on this repeated resizeing issue. There really should be an easier way to find your size and should offer inbetween sizes like a 37, which i suspect will fit.

I was grateful to the warning to go large if I couldn't find my size, and discovered that the size up was just the right option. Worked with it some using the instructional documents that came with it to get a good fit for my prop, and I enjoy walking around the house and yard with it.

A very well made holster! Good and sturdy Mexican leather. Can't beat the quality and price! I am a 31 waist and measured my hips at 37" inches. I'm tall and thinnish/athletic, and I decided to go with a 38" inch holster instead of a 36" inch holster. Since I'm going to be wearing it outside of my pants with shirt tucked in, it takes up the "slack" nicely. My .45 sits in " the cradle" very well. The metal holster shank allows for a perfect gun fit. In the end: The holster fits well, so does my pistol. I'm VERY happy!

Very well built, but that dye smell is tough to take. The other issue is with the belt going together. The tang on the underside could be a little longer so it engages the loop before the buckle engages the holes. Maybe it will get better as it breaks in. The pistol fits fine and the waist is ok. With use I’m sure it will get better.

Good material and has good look, but loops for bullet cartridges are too big and spare ornamental cartridges fall through. He buckle in the front of the belt is off set to the hip and not centered if the pistol is brought to the side of the leg. If the buckle is centered in the front then the pistol is at the back of the leg.

the customer service people were very courteous i sent it back on a Friday the next Saturday i was breaking it in .

Model 629-6 into it and fits like a glove. I walk around in a "open carry state" with a cannon on my hip so I mite as well look good doing it!! This Gun Belt and Holster is perfect, I have a 32" waist, and my belt size is a 36", so I ordered it in a 36" and the belt fits perfectly, and it's the Gun Belt and Holster that hangs down on my side, it's beautifully hand tooled, since the dye does come of a little bit, I took an old white sock, and wiped it down really good, and now I have no problems with the dye coming off. This belt fit my replica 45 single action great as well as my body my only issue is the ammo loops aren't tight enough to hold my shells confidently. This product is top notch! Very well made and leather tooling is spot on. I wear a size 32 pants size 36 belt. So I ordered the gun belt in 38. It fits very snug over a pretty thick existing belt and the buckle uses the 3rd hole (about center of the 6 or 7 holes ). If you want the holster to hang lower use a thinner pants belt or loosen gun belt. The more you adjust belt size affects where the buckle rest (right, left or center) since the holster is in a fixed position. Only problem is I kinda hate to wear it. Looks to good afraid to scratch it up. Leather is of really good quality. Shipping was quick. Got it before they said I would.

This holster has held up well, I got it for my Fiancée and he loves it I woodburned his name into the leather and it came out amazing! The leather quality is good and It will absorb protective oil. This holster looks amazing. The hoops for the bullets did expand a little so sometimes the bullets slip out. But overall I love it! And I am very pleased.

Every part of this product was as you stated in the web site. Good quality leather, fit, and workmanship. The sizing was true to size I did order one size up because I was afraid at the true size it would just fit and there would be no overlap. I was wrong I could have used the true size, the one size up still works so I don't see a need to return for a different size. I'm sure you could buy a fancier belt and holster but unless you are a professional why would you. This holster and belt is very well made, and is sold at a reasonable price. Very Happy!
