I needed a couple items on a short timeliness, so I contacted CS to make sure the items I wanted were in stock. The rep happily looked up each item and verified sizes and colors. It only took a minute and I was ready to order.

If I don't complain, then I am satisfied with a product. If I do complain, I will return the product. I don't believe in prompting customers to provide the advertising. Business didn't use to be so demanding. Having said t hat, I love my string tie.
