Order was shipped and arrived quickly

Sometimes you can tell more about a company when something goes wrong than when everything goes right. In my case, something did go wrong: I ordered the wrong size. It was my fault. My dealings with the company in returning and re-ordering were very positive. The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and pleasant. My corrected order was there promptly. Honestly, if I could get by with buying all my clothes here I'd never bother shopping elsewhere.
