I have enjoyed everything I've purchased from Historical Emporium so far. I really like every item of clothing. I really like the pocket watches (I lost the first one in my house the first day and bought a second one). I love the Fedora. Because I am tall and thin I was concerned about sizes of clothing because I have a lot of trouble shopping at stores and sent an email to customer service. They responded with information I could use to make my orders. So far all the clothing I've ordered fits very well. I'm quite surprised. An item I ordered was out of stock and customer service sent an email suggesting and asking if a choice of certain substitutions might be acceptable. I selected a substitution, the order was sent, and I'm very happy. I really like Historical Emporium.

Each year our Preservation committee sponsors a cemetery tour portraying people buried in our historic cemetery who have contributed to the history of our city. The earliest interments date to the 1700s making it difficult to find period clothing. Items are true to size. I ordered a 46 in pant, and my son typically wears a 44. They are a little roomy, so I should have bought the 44. The pants are very long, but I sew, and it was an easy hem. He is 6 foot tall, so I don't know who they are accommodating with the length, but the legs are tapered, so you could easily cuff them as well. The quality of the pants were outstanding. The fabric feels a lot like a pair of Carhartt pants. Overall, these are surprisingly well made pants and will last a very long time. Well worth the money. Waist is true to size and the length is for a 6 foot 2 inch man, but is easily hemmed or cuffed.
