Package well, the leather vest seem like good quality but surprised that it was not all leather. Based on the cost it should have been but I missed the full description. The other Items purchase well worth the cost. The customer service agent Nole was very helpful and represented your company very well.

Your customer service people are professional, efficient, and accommodating. Every ready to help fix an issue, even when it's created by the customers themselves. I spent a good deal of time as a Service Manager in several different computer manufacturers and, as I once tried to tell a branch manager, Sales might get a customer, but Customer Service keeps them coming back. I've been back to Gentleman's Emporium several times now.

Everything was sewn well. pants come in a standard length ( 36" inseam) as they stated. I washed before hemming, but nothing shrank. So they must have been pre-washed. Got a conformation of my order within minutes....could have tracked my order, but didn't. Everything came within the time they stated....even the shirt they didn't have immediately on hand. I'm giving them two thumbs up....
