The belt sizing guidelines didn't work for me. I measured my waist, 42", ordered a 46" belt as instructed, and the belt was far too large. I returned the 46" and ordered a 44" belt and it was too large. I'm returning the 44" belt and ordering a 40" belt. My complaint is I'm paying shipping both ways. This next belt will be my 3rd belt.
