I waited to do this review until after my second order. Historical Emporium's customer service is suburb. Any questions I had were answered within a day, in fact one within 5mins of my email being sent. Order fulfillment was fast and orders for me at least arrived a day or two early; even with the COVID situation. My first order was Gold Sutter Satin Puff Tie, the Gold Jacquard Premium Mens Button Spats and Sable Brushed Cotton Trousers I had order to go with an old 20's men's vest I steampunk'd and a Brown Gold Brocade Jacket already order. The quality of my ordered products were exceptional definitely long term wear, truly reenactment clothing, much better than the costume quality jacket I ordered where its picture didn't match what arrived, and HE's items were identical. This prompted me to get the Khaki French Satin Suspenders, which I'm equally pleased with, and I will as funds are replenished place a third order for a High Collar Excelsior Dress Shirt, the shirt I currently have well doesn't measure up for my Airship Pirate Doctor Attire I am creating. So yes On a 5 star rating I give them a 10 ;)

High sitting and high quality
The quality of these trousers are amazing, they are thick and seem like they will last a very long time! These trousers sit very high. High like I am a 6'4 man and they sit almost 2-3 inches above my belly button. Bear this in mind when measuring for your sizing, but don't be too afraid as the trousers have an adjustable strap for minor adjustments. Definitely recommend pairing these with a set of suspenders to ensure they don't fall down.

Stylish and intimidating
I wanted this coat to pair with other items of my costume. It's of a high quality and the sizing is pretty much dead on! I will say it would be nice if the coat was a little tailored in the waist region, but this is not a criticism worth paying ant note of. I am 6'4, so pay attention to the long sizes as they are definitely the right choice for us giants.

Tooled leather holsters have an act for saying "I mean business", that's why I needed one of these for my costume. It is of a high standard quality and fits my revolver perfectly and snug. Pair this with a matching tooled leather belt and you're ready to hunt some outlaws!

5 Star Quality
I was underprepared for just how thick and durable this vest was going to be. It really is a thick canvas material and pairs well with canvas trousers for a formal look that is still functional for work. Do not recommend wearing this on a hot day though, it is seriously a thick fabric. The fabric is so thick I struggle to get my US Marshal badge through the fabric for my cosplay XD!

Smashing pants that look spectacular!
It was always a secret desire of mine to get a pair of men's knickerbockers, and seeing these at the amazing price of just $39.50, I couldn't resist. They are a lovely dark brown, browner than what the photos above may hint at. Fabric is a great cotton-wool mix, and I love the suspender buttons inside the waistband.
My one nitpick is that the pair I received in size 34 was a bit large, fit more like a 36/38, but this isn't a huge problem, and a belt easily solves the small issue. Perhaps order a pair a size or two down in your size if you suspect you might get a similar issue.
I highly recommend getting a pair of these or any pair of knickerbockers, they bring back a very classy stylish look and I've received many compliments wearing them about. They make an excellent fashion statement and are just downright wonderful. These are a must-buy for anyone interested in vintage Countryman outfits!

Nice Work!
I had done a fair amount of research online for a rifle scabard and found this to be the best quality and the best price of all of them.
The interior lining is also just what I was hoping for. It is a short nap material that protects my rifle and doesn't hang up on insertion or
withdrawal. Works great and I highly recommend this product. Great qualitty once again Historical Emporium!

Vaughan Waistcoat
This Waistcoat was worn for a total of two weeks 14 days straight for 14hrs each day, cleaning was a good brushing and hand wash on every (never let a machine wash such a garments) 5th day. The performance was simple outstanding never was a fabric covered button lost, nor one of the 4 lined pocket torn even the lining stayed intact and in place after each wash, quite surprisingly I might add, all stitching was tight on all seems and points simply perfect.
The beautiful fabric design is amazing, one can feel each and every swirl of the tapestry, black highlights emphasized by the dark black background. A silver Pocket watch-chain draped across the front with a starched crisp white shirt underneath and I was the talk of the office now everybody wants to know where I purchased this extraordinary Waistcoat, I think I'll tell next week.
This is a must have for any true Gentleman !

John Wayne would have been proud to wear these.
I mention the Duke only because I was re-watching Rio Grande and saw this very style being worn by all the Army personnel. The quality is so good that I wish I could wear these everyday, much more sturdy even than my blue jeans I have. These trousers were purchased for my Airship Pirate Doctor, excellent for sailing the open airways.

The Spats that hide a Secret
These are going in my Airship Pirate Doctor attire, and hide a secret as they cover knee high boots I piratized and go excellently with the overall look making them look like dandy brown dress shoes, along with the Sable Brushed Trousers that complete the covering. Minimal tailoring required for own female frame at size small. I have been struggling to find a properly nice waistcoat for some time that wouldn't require a great deal of taking in. This one is wonderful.
