I had been looking forward for years to placing my first order with HE. It did not go as well as I had hoped... Buyer Info: 1) Sale-priced items put in the cart during sale will stay at that price until order is submitted, when they will revert to, and you will be charged, full price. 2) The differences between regular and sale prices also affect the shipping rate: calculated by order total, not total product weight. 3) There is a line in the shipping notification emails re: "items may ship in multiple packages"--but there is no indication of whether this affects a specific order. If it does, it does not specify which items might be shipping in what package. (Even a simple "partial shipment" or "1 of 2" notice would have been appreciated.) 4) If something you want is on sale, buy it immediately; there seems to be no rhyme or reason to HE sales. (I missed one sale by a couple of days, placed an order at regular pricing, and *before I had even received my order*, there was another sale that included half of the items that I had just bought at regular price.) The only thing that prevented my first order from being truly disastrous was that the items fit as well as could be expected from mail-order clothing--definitely read the reviews regarding items running large/small...

It would be convenient if the pants could be ordered with shorter inseam.
