My husband loves this vest!!!!! It fits great, looks great, feels great, high quality.

Brilliantly made shoes and great quality! They are little lighter in colour then they are in the pic but look great with all my summer Victorian outfits. As a side note, these shoes do make your ankles roll inwards, so perhaps ordering half a size up to accommodate for inserts may be advisable. Aside from this I would definitely recommend these shoes, they are a great price for something so unique.

This is a beautiful coat, well made, and lovely fabric that has the feel of flannel, or even soft, smooth wool. i find it to be quite warm. the sizing is spot on. the size chart reflects traditional measurements, which make it easier to choose your proper size. the chart reflects current, modern UK sizing. for me this is great. this is why i don't feel it runs small, but, rather, quite accurate. i got my coat is an extra small. of course it's supposed to fit rather close to the body, as was the style in past years, so it's very flattering. the drape of the fabric is lovely. it looks as though it might be heavy to wear, but it's not.

this waistcoat is lovely. it has a look of both the Old West, and Victorian times. it has a nice fit, as well, and is made by Scully, a quality manufacturer of Western clothing. i got mine in size small, and it is close-fitting, yet has space to move about.

Arrived as expected in good condition and this being my first order from this company I must say im impressed. However ive only gotten afew chances to wear it and one of the pockets has a massive hole in it which wouldn't be a problem if satin wasn't such a bitch to repair. In short the cloak is awsome i love the feel of wool but would personally suggest a different material for the pockets.

While the Brewster Frock Coat is excellent for reenacting, it also looks great out on the town with a pair of jeans. Very comfortable, roomy, classic!

This coat looks great and is soft to the touch. It is fairly light weight and yet warmer than expected. I find it very comfortable to wear (though it is not suitable for the very low temperatures here in winter). I cannot speak to the design relative to authenticity, but from a practical standpoint it would be better with more than three buttons -- I would have at least five and maybe six. It is slightly snug on me so I suspect that it is not quite as large as advertised. Nonetheless, I recommend it for those seeking this type of garment. I get a lot of positive comments from complete strangers, and as an aside, there is no lack of familiarity with Mr. Holmes.

Material used is higher quality - similar to tuxedo rental ties. It has a quick fastener and adjusts for different size necks. Very happy with the purchase and won't hesitate to buy from WE again.

Great rig for the price, good quality, good looking, functions well and is fairly light weight. Easy to use. The only drawback I have found is the leather straps for the hammer hold downs was very brittle, they broke right away. I used same size strips of black para cord and it works and looks just fine. It's a great rig and I would recommend it to anyone, no problem.

Have looked and looked for something like this - only things I could find were vests I really didn't like for $135 and up! Uh - no thanks. This one really looks and feels authentic! Have worn it twice (this and a white cotton shirt) as a bass player for a bluegrass band - and as a solo act doing cowboy/old country/bluegrass gospel music and both times I have had several comments and those "where did you find that" type questions. I was happy to point them to Historical Emporiums web site. Just one suggestion - get a lint roller. From the buttons to the pockets to the lapel - this is one great looking, authentic, and unique vest - I'd give it 10 stars!

These spats are awesome. There are genuine clothing and not like cheap Halloween costume spats you see so often. I well be using these in ballroom dance anytime i want to add a bit of pizzazz to my look.

Again, this collar, like the wing tip, waaaaay too big. In order to get correct sleeve length in shirt had to take a neckband that was enormous. Adjusted both the neckband and subsequent collars down to 16 1/2 to fit. Rated a 3 because suggested size doesn't fit. Well constructed collar, though, no complaint with the material nor it's construction.

Rated 3 stars because suggested size waaaaay too big, who needs a 19 inch collar? I adjusted it down to a 16 1/2 as did I the shirt's neckband in order to make it work.

Generally pleased with it. Well constructed, quality shirt. For me, collar too large for sleeve length. Would but more if you had tall thin sizes. I've adjusted the collar down to a 16 1/2, and adjusted the detachable collars I purchased so that they fit.

I adore the fabric used for this vest. Smooth, soft, not to heavy, but substantial. An excellent dress vest! I hope the line expands, and I'd love to see a frock coat added to it.
