I really like these pants. They fit well; the waist is high so that it looks better compare to todays 'low-riding' pants. I like the long inseam because I can hem the pants to my desired length. I will certainly show at Historical Emporium again!

The holster is of the highest quality, the fit is superb. When I need a holster for any additional weapons I will be getting it from Historic Emporium.

nice item...but if you have a larger neck..this is way way to small to even consider tying it as shown in example. There is no way you can wrap it twice around your neck, even wrapping it once and trying to tie it is difficult

Exactly what I wanted for my specific character portrayal.

When playing multiple roles on stage the facial hair needs to be removed for different characters. The tape could not be reused and did not stick well with makeup and sweat.

I really enjoy the look bit the monocle is too large for my face and falls when speaking or singing maybe offer different sizes.

This vest is amazing it's a very high quality item and it looks great it actually looks way more expensive than it is we are having a western themed wedding I guess old times would be a better word and this along with my fathers pocket watch was just the look I was wanting to pull off and if I worked where you had to be dressy I'd wear this every day

The canvas vests is very nice. I use then in my everyday wear. Anyplace a denim jacket could be worn these vests are just as at home. They have a bit dresser look about them without being pretentious. I own several in different colours. ~Dave

The shirt was exactly what I was looking for. However, I wear an extra large and ordered same. Regrettably, the shirt was huge. Thank you for graciously accepting the return. Again regrettably, the shirt was not available in a large. Success, another item in a different style was ordered, shipped immediately, and the large was perfect.

I did not expect the fabric of these pants to be textured, but it is! And the pattern is really subtle, but adds a really cool extra dimension to the plain flat-front trousers. I am used to wearing the heavy canvas trousers, so these were surprisingly lightweight and breathable. Better for wearing in the summer, definitely! I am also a fan of the metal buttons for the braces. They just look better.

I regularly wear the canvas version of these trousers and purchased the same size (42), but these were too small to button the top button. They may run small. My canvas ones may have stretched out. Who knows? But the brushed cotton is a lovely feeling fabric... slightly "wooly", not smooth, and the color (black) was REALLY rich and saturated. I also feel like these were narrower in the thighs than I am used to with my other trousers from H.E. Again, could just be my perception.

For this price don't expect real leather. The material seems a bit budget close up, but the effect when you're wearing the boots is fine. Sizing is generous; even with my size 13/14s there's plenty of room in the XL boots; I'm even going to add a padded insole for more comfort. What's particularly nice about these is the ability to wear them as a low boot or a high one.

The tie is just dandy. As shown, as expected! Not cheap quality.

These are very comfortable, and what I like most about them is their length - it's hard to get off-the-shelf pants long enough for me. The material doesn't feel very robust, but then I'm not going to be working on the farm in them. It would be nice if they were part-lined, but that would put the price up. Let's say I think they're good value for what they are. Be careful about the size you order. The product notes point out that these are higher in the waist than most trousers and that you'll probably need to get a couple of sizes bigger than you're used to. Believe it!

This "dress" was beautiful but the size small was overly baggie on my 5'2"-130lb daughter and only came down to the middle of her buttocks. It fit more like a shirt than a dress. Disappointed bc it was gorgeous!

Absolutely freaking love this holster, almost too good to use. I want to hang it on the wall, but I do use it. Fits a Colt 1911 perfectly, no not using it for a revolver, but with my two 1911's. Total bad ass shit, works great on the ranch. Last week I used it when I scared off a bobcat that was after my dog (his is a beagle, not so big, but not so small, bad kitty), the draw was natural and lightning fast, exactly what I was looking for. It was like a natural extension of my body when I reached for it. The leather is good strong thick leather and fits like your favorite pair of boots. I am really in love with this holster. The fact that there are two mags worth of extra bullets riding on the back is just icing on the cake. You could probably drag this baby through the dirt for miles before anything breaks off. Also, it is really pretty too and the red wine color goes great with a black pistol and walnut grips. I am just saying, if you have to accessorize as a working man, this is the way to go.

I thought the description was exaggerating. Nope! Perfect fit and poof for any Victorian, Edwardian, Poet, Vampire, Pirate... the ruffles and cuffs are infinitely changable to fit whatever outfit or look you're going for. It is extremely comfortable and breathes nice so you don't overheat, especially when combined with a waistcoat, tailcoat, overcoat and cloak!

The buttons were a bit tricky at first but once I mastered that I seriously can't imagine why these ever went out of style. SO comfortable! Rugged, classy, the perfect subtle touch to any period costume or outfit. I do wish thy had pockets but then... they wouldn't be as historically accurate that way!

This waistcoat is as comfortable as it is stylish. I was hesitant buying a size smaller than my measurements (the medium was sold out) but honestly, it fits perfectly. And with the tie in the back you can adjust for a slimmer stature. Rugged construction but also breathes well. I couldn't ask for a better vest!

I will start by saying that this is a quality hat. It is durable and will definitely last a long time given the proper care. I could not be happier with their quality. The sizes are a little off but that is really not a big deal. I ordered a Medium and when it was too small I was able to send it back and exchange it for a larger size. The return and exchange was done within one week. The large was a little too big but that is easily fixed by putting folded up newspaper inside the sweatband (an old trick my grandfather taught me). Once I did that it was a perfect fit.
